Hazard
The product is improperly designed and live parts are accessible when any of the plugs is inserted. A person could touch the live part of the adaptor and receive an electric shock. Furthermore, no earth connection is available, increasing the risk of electric shock. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive and the relevant national standard.
