The product is equipped with a two-core cable, thus it is not earthed, and the mains supply cable is too short. As a consequence, accessible parts can become live and the user could receive an electric shock from them. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive and the relevant European standards EN 60335-1, EN 60335-2-41 and IEC 60884-1.
