The product's adaptor is improperly designed, as the electrical insulation is inadequate, the clearance /creepage distances between the primary and accessible secondary circuits are not sufficient, and the dimensions of the mains are too small. The user could consequently touch live parts and receive an electric shock, or the product may overheat and catch fire. The product does not comply with the Low Voltage Directive nor with the European standard EN 62368-1.
