Hazard

The product's supply cord has insufficient insulation, and the creepage/clearance distances between the primary and accessible secondary circuits are not sufficient. Furthermore, the dimensions of the mains plug are too small. A user could touch accessible live parts and receive an electric shock, or the product could start a fire.
