Hazard

Small part (whistling mechanism) is easily detached from the toy. A child may put it in the mouth and choke. Moreover, the sound pressure level of the toy is too high (measured value: 87.4 dB). This could cause damage to hearing. In addition, the toy can stretch too long. A child could swing the toy around the head and twist it around the neck, causing strangulation.
