Hazard

The clearance and creepage distances between the primary and secondary circuits are insufficient. Moreover, the dielectric strength between the primary and secondary circuits is insufficient. In addition, the capacitor used as protective impedance between the primary circuit and the secondary circuit is not Class-Y1. The user can have access to live parts and receive an electric shock. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive nor with the European standard EN 62368-1.
