The wire ends soldered to the terminals of the flashing unit and the LEDs are not adequately protected against pulling and twisting. The accessible basic insulated wires can come into contact with sharp edges of the flashing switch and control unit. The insulation provided by the shrink tubing for the bulbs is inadequate.
