The product contains 2-nitro-p-phenylendiamine and barium peroxide according to the list of ingredients. 2-nitro-p-phenylendiamine may cause an allergic skin reaction and barium peroxide is harmful if swallowed or inhaled.The product does not comply with the Cosmetics Regulation.
