The product poses a risk of fire and electric shock because:- the adaptor does not have adequate insulation;- a loose wire could reduce creepage distances and clearances;- the adaptor is not designed or manufactured to withstand foreseeable overloads;- the adaptor has inadequately sized pins. The product does not comply with the Low Voltage Directive (LVD) and the relevant national standard BS 1363.
