Hazard

The cross-sectional area of the wires is too small and the wires could overheat. The wire ends soldered to the terminals of the control unit and the LEDs are not adequately protected against pulling and twisting. Live parts can be touched when connecting the mains lead since the dimensions of the flat plug are not suitable. The accessible wires can come into contact with sharp edges of the control unit and could be damaged. The cover of the control unit can detach easily leaving live parts accessible. The product is not protected against moisture yet is recommended for outdoor use. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive and the relevant European standard EN 60598.
