Hazard
The product poses a risk of fire and electric shock because:- the adaptor does not have adequate insulation;- weak fixing of internal wires mean that a wire could come loose and reduce creepage distances and clearances;- the adaptor has inadequately sized pins. The product does not comply with the Low Voltage Directive (LVD) and the relevant national standard BS1363.
