The product poses a risk of fire and electric shock because:- weak fixing of internal wires mean that a wire could come looseand reduce creepage distances and clearances;- the adaptor has inadequately sized pins. The product does not comply with the Low Voltage Directive (LVD) and the relevant national standard BS1363.
