Hazard

The product is not correctly labelled with regard to the laser. The misleading use of CE marking will lead the user to the conclusion that the product is safe and consequently use it in a manner that could cause damage to sight, as direct viewing of the laser could cause damage to the eyes.The product does not comply with the relevant European standard EN 60825-1 with respect to labelling.

Product description

Black, spring-piston, plastic air pistol, with laser aimer and flash light, packed in Styrofoam and into two different cardboard box. Packaging incorrectly marked with the CE mark and there is an age warning sign (AGE: ABOVE 18 YEARS).
