The product poses a risk of electric shock because it is unearthed and metal parts could become live:- the wires touch the sharp edges of the metal mounting plate;- the stranded conductor at the live terminal can contact accessible metal parts;- the mounting plate fixing screws may damage the single-insulated internal wiring.The product does not comply with the Low Voltage Directive (LVD) and the relevant European standard EN 60598.
