The product contains too much p-phenylenediamine (measured value: up to 10% by weight) and an insufficient coupling agent. Uncoupled p-phenylenediamine is an extremely potent skin sensitiser and may trigger allergic reactions.The product does not comply with the Cosmetics Regulation.
