The cable is not sufficiently anchored and can be easily detached leaving live parts accessible.The cap of the bulb remains accessible once installed in the lamp. A user could touch live parts of the lamp and bulb and receive an electric shock.The product does not comply with the requirements of Low Voltage Directive and the relevant European standard EN 60598.
