The product poses a chemical risk because the figures contain 7 % by weight of bis (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP) and 3.0 % of di-isononyl phthalate (DINP).According to the REACH Regulation the phthalates DEHP, DBP and BBP are prohibited in all toys and childcare articles, while phthalates DINP, DIDP and DNOP are prohibited in toys or childcare articles that can be placed in the mouth by children.

Plastic toy with accessories. Each set which is packed in a cardboard box with a plastic front contains one formula-1 toy car, eight toy figures and accessories for changing tyres. The cardboard packaging bears several inscriptions in English and an adhesive label is attached to the back of the pack
