The product poses a risk of electric shock because:- the distance from the live and neutral pins to the periphery of the plug portion is insufficient,- the pin lengths are too short,- the input and output circuits are not sufficiently electrically separated from each other.Two incidents of failure reported.The product does not comply with the Low Voltage Directive (LVD) and the relevant European standard EN 61558.
