The product poses a chemical risk because it contains 0.86 mg/kg of cadmium.According to the Council of Europe Resolution ResAP (2008)1 on requirements and criteria for the safety of tattoos and permanent make-up, cadmium should not be present above 0.2 mg/kg in tattoo ink.
