The cable anchorage on the foot switch is ineffective. As a result, the mains lead can be pulled out of the foot switch, exposing the live wires.One accident reported.The product does not comply with the Low Voltage Directive and the relevant European standard EN 60598.
Product description
Articulated floor lamps of various designs made of brass, with antique silver finish. Lampholder E 27, bulb max. 40 W. Protection class II with europlug, two-core mains lead and foot switch.
