The adapter poses a risk of electric shock and fire because:- the insulation is insufficient;- it does not have sufficient mechanical strength;- it is not designed or manufactured to withstand foreseeable overloads;- the contruction of the pins is not adequate which could lead to overheating.The product does not comply with the Low Voltage Directive and the relevant European standard EN 61558.
