The product poses a risk of electric shock because:-the transformer does not have adequate mechanical strength and can break leaving live parts exposed;-the plug adaptor does not have a fuse and the socket contacts are not screened by shutters.The product does not comply with the Low Voltage Directive (LVD) and the relevant European standard EN 61558 and the relevant national regulations.
