The flashing pacifier is a gadget and not a toy but it could be mistaken for a genuine pacifier.During tension test specified in the standard EN 71-1:1998 small part became detached when applying a force less than 90 N and fitted entirely within the small parts cylinder. The toy does not bear the proper indication: „Warning! Not suitable for children under the age of 3 years. It contains small parts that can be easily inhaled and ingested.” This toy does not comply with the relevant European standard EN 71.

Plastic flashing toy soother with necklace. The packaging bears an incorrect graphic symbol for age with a mark of 0-12 and this inappropriate reference to age: “This item is a novelty not for children under 12 years old.”
