Hazard

The perception and the recognition of the user of a warning vest is not ensured due to the non-respect of the factor on glow density and the reflection values. The recognition during day is achieved through the fluorescence of the background colour of the warning clothes, in this case the yardstick for the recognition at daylight is the factor on glow density. In the dark the recognition is achieved through a beam light on the reflection material. The yardstick for the distinct recognition in the dark is the value on retro-reflection.These products does not comply with the relevant European standard EN 471.
