This product poses a serious risk of damage to sight because:- the power output of the laser is measured at 4 mW;- there is no warning or safety instruction relating to the laser nor information regarding classification. Given the lack of information indicating that the product contains a laser and the unacceptably high power output, the toy gun presents a particularly high, specific risk to children, because when aimed at the eye, the eyelid closing reflex offers inadequate protection.
