Tea light holders — fire risk
Hazard
The product poses a serious risk because lit tea light causes it to catch fire. It appears that affected products may have been damaged in the production process and glued back together. As a result, when a lit tea light is placed in the product it catches fire if there is glue present.Two incidents have been reported.
