Broste candles — choking risk (0255/08)
Hazard
The product poses a risk of choking because, due to the characteristic form, appearance, colour, and size, this product may be mistaken for a foodstuff (gingerbread cookies). This may lead children to put them in their mouths and swallow them, which could entail the risk of asphyxia or obstruction of the digestive tract. The candle can easily break, creating small parts that fit within the small parts cylinder.
