Toyota passenger car - toyota yaris– sound insulator — fire risk
Hazard
The product poses a risk of fire because of sound insulator underneath the front seatbelt retractor with pyrotechnic pretensioner, located at the bottom of the center pillar. There is a possibility that the sound insulator may become damaged by the high temperature gas generated from the seat belt pretensioner when it is activated in the event of a crash.
