The product poses a chemical risk because the light blue and dark blue coloured crayons contain barium which exceeds the permitted migration limit when the correction coefficient is applied. The product does not comply with the Toys Directive and the relevant European standard EN 71.

12 plastic crayons packed in a cardboard box with pictures of super heroes on the front, and the following information on the back: "12 plastic crayons, not recommended for children under 3 years of age. May produce small parts."
