The product poses a chemical risk because: - it contains 50% by weight of di-"isononyl" phthalate (DINP), - of the excessive lead levels of 137 mg/kg and 146 mg/kg in the purple and white paints. The product does not comply with the Chemical Restrictions Directive 76/769/EEC and with the relevant European standard EN 71.
