The product poses a risk of: - choking because the suction cups detach from the arrows and the foam darts at considerably less force than 90N and they fit completely into the small parts test cylinder, - injuries because arrows can be fired without the sucker ends, meaning that the arrows would be classed as ‘rigid projectiles without resilient impact surfaces’ and the kinetic energy of 0.56J exceeds the permitted maximum of 0.08J for rigid projectiles. The product does not comply with the Toys Directive and with the relevant European standard EN 71.

A red and turquoise bow with two red arrows with black suction cups and a red, green and yellow blow pipe with four yellow foam darts with green suction cups. Packaging is multi-coloured cardboard blister pack with instructions.
