Hazard

The design of the product allows multiple adaptor pins to be open at once. If in use, live parts are accessible presenting a serious risk of electric shock. The product does not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016 or the Plugs & Sockets (Safety) Regulations 1994.
