Hazard

The earth bonding in the adaptor plug is inadequate and under fault conditions presents a serious risk of electric shock. The product does not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016 or the Plugs & Sockets (Safety) Regulations 1994.

Remedy

The product has been recalled from end users. The listing has been removed from the online marketplace (Wish).
