Hazard

The insulation on the transformer is insufficient and may degrade over time. Creepage currents may lead to a flashover emitting sparks and a subsequent fire. The product does not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016 or the Plugs & Sockets (Safety) Regulations 1994.

Remedy

The product has been recalled from the end users. The listing has been removed by the online marketplace (Wish).
