Hazard

The design of the adaptor allows multiple adaptor pins to be open at once. If in use, live parts are accessible presenting a serious risk of electric shock. The product does not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016.

The product has been recalled from end users. The listing has been removed from the online marketplace (Wish).
