Hazard
The insulation on the transformer is insufficient and may degrade over time. Creepage currents may lead to a flashover emitting sparks and a subsequent fire. The product. does not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016.
Remedy
The product has been recalled from the end users. The listing has been removed by the online marketplace (Wish).
