Hazard

The toy presents a serious risk of choking for children under 3 years as the removal pen tips are considered as small parts. If a child plays with the toy unsupervised, they may unscrew the pen tip and insert it into their mouths, which presents a risk of choking. The toy therefore does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.

Remedy

The seller has marked the product with appropriate warnings on the risks. The seller has warned consumers of the risks presented by the product.
