Hazard

The product presents a serious chemical risk as the sample was found to contain 11% released hydrogen peroxide, which is 110 times more than the maximum permitted of 0.1% for oral products. The product has also not been marked with a business address or registered office within the EU, batch number or nominal quantity on the packaging/label. Additionally, the date of minimum durability was only present on the instruction leaflet rather than on the packaging as required. The product does not meet the requirements of Regulation (EC) 1223/2009 or the Cosmetic Products Enforcement Regulations 2013.

Product has been withdrawn from the market.
