Hazard

This product poses a high risk of choking because when tested the marbles fitted entirely within the small parts test cylinder. The hammer was also tested using the tension test and the soft plastics of the hammer detached and fitted entirely within the small parts cylinder, presenting a choking hazard. Additionally, the catapult of the toy detached when subjected to the drop test and fitted entirely within the small parts cylinder. The toy also presents a strangulation hazard as the cord of the hammer has a length of 330 mm when subjected to a tensile force of 25 N + 2 N, greater than the maximum permitted value of 220 mm. The product does not comply fully with the marking requirements of the relevant standard and does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.
