Hazard

This product poses a serious risk of injury as when tested, the stability and the height of the candle on the cake presents a puncture hazard. A child may fall on a protruding part and receive a puncture wound or eye injury. Additionally, the product does not meet all the marking requirements of the relevant standard, including warnings relevant to specific hazards. The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.
