Hazard

The product presents a risk of injuries as the height and small diameter of the cake candle presents a puncture hazard to young children. The product’s flexible plastic bag used for packaging also has an area greater than 100mm x 100mm and the bag thickness measured as 0.017mm which is less than the minimum permissible limit of 0.038mm, posing a potential asphyxiation hazard to young children. The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.

Remedy

We recommend owners stop using this product immediately. Contact the distributor you purchased from, to request redress. The listing have been removed by the online marketplace (AliExpress).
