Hazard

This product poses a serious risk of choking because when tested according to the tension test, the magnet of the croissant detached at the 8th cycle and fits entirely within the small parts cylinder. The product also poses a risk of internal injuries as the magnetic flux index is 137.00 kGg²mm², which is greater than the limit of kG²mm². If two or more magnets were swallowed, there is a risk that the magnets become drawn to each other in the digestive system, which could cause serious injury or death if medical attention is not sought immediately. The bag that contains the pens is made of flexible plastic, having an area of 150mm x 200mm buts its average thickness is 0.035mm, (which is less than the minimum permissible of 0.038mm), posing a potential asphyxiation hazard to young children. The product does not comply fully with the marking requirements of the relevant standard and does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.
