The product has been identified as presenting a serious risk of choking as, when tested, the product was found to easily break and produce small parts which fit entirely within a small parts cylinder. A young child may place the small parts in their mouth and choke. This product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.
