Hazard

The instrument has been identified as presenting a high risk of choking. The instrument’s bells were found to detach from the product easily, producing small parts which fit into a small parts cylinder. If a bell falls off when being used by a young child, it presents a choking hazard. The product also does not meet the relevant labelling requirements. The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.

Remedy

The listing has been removed by the online marketplace (Wish) and OPSS has required the recall of the product. We recommend owners stop using this product immediately. Contact the distributor you purchased from to request redress.
