Hazard

The product presents a serious risk of injuries and cuts as it does not have adequate quality guards. The saw guard did not spring back once retracted and jammed permanently, exposing the blade, which presents a cuts hazard to users. The product does not meet the requirements of the Supply of Machinery (Safety) Regulations 2008.

Remedy

The listing has been removed by the online marketplace (Amazon). The product has been destroyed at the border.
