Hazard

The product poses a serious risk of electric shock as when tested the cord (flexible lead) had not been correctly fitted with a standard plug. The product had not been designed and manufactured in accordance with the principal elements of the safety objectives, and the plug did not comply with the plug’s safety regulations. The product does not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016 & the Plugs and Sockets (Safety) Regulations 1994.

Remedy

Destruction of the product at the border.
