Hazard

The product presents a risk of injuries as it is possible for the thread to break off just behind the nut. It has been identified that there are variations in the coating of the bolts, which can lead to hydrogen embrittlement and the bolts snapping in individual cases. The product does not meet the requirements of the Personal Protective Equipment Enforcement Regulations 2018.

Remedy

Screw D-ring for harnesses sold from October 2019 with, Core Plus Triple Lock 88037 Score Screw D-Single,Core Screw D-Kit 88062, 88054 Radialis Pro 71610 Treecore Triple Lock and Core Sliding D-Kit 88036/88052.
