Hazard
The product presents a serious risk of electric shock as the plug dimensions do not meet the requirements of the relevant standard. The user could therefore touch live pins when inserting the plug into the socket and may receive an electric shock. The product does not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016 or the Plugs & Sockets (Safety) Regulations 1994.
Remedy
The import has been rejected at the border.
