Hazard

The product presents a serious risk of injuries as the ladder buckled under testing before the full test load was applied; the rungs can separate from the ladder sides; and the ladder is insufficiently stable. This could cause the user to fall from a height and injure themselves. The product does not meet the requirements of the General Product Safety Regulations 2005 or the relevant standard.

Remedy

The product has been destroyed at the border.
