Hazard

The product presents a high risk of choking as the bead on the head bow can be easily detached and fit into a small parts cylinder. A young infant could place this small part in their mouth and choke. The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.

Remedy

OPSS is requiring the recall of the product. The listing has been removed by the online marketplace (Amazon).
